1. Document Preview :
Most people open any document by double clicking on it to view it. For that, we have to open each file one by one to view it from a lot of files. But there is a way which most users are not aware of, by which you can view any document without opening it.
How to do it:
For this you have to go to any folder and press Alt+P then you will see that on the right side you can see the preview of every document without opening it.
2. How to Convert Document to PDF in just a second :
Whenever we work on any document, we need to convert it to PDF. For that people use some website or apps but Microsoft provides this facility which people are not aware of. So let’s see how to make PDF from any document: without internet and without apps.
How to do: Go to any document (Work, Excel, Power Point, etc) and press Ctrl+P i.e. print, then you will see the printer option where you see the printer name. The option of Microsoft Print to PDF is shown from there. You can easily make PDF according to your requirement. This method will work everywhere where you give print.
3. Clipboard Uses :
When you have to copy data from the same document repeatedly, you can use Clipboard.
How to do it: To open the Clipboard, press “Win+V” and enable it.
After enabling the Clipboard, you can copy as much data as you want from different places at once. As soon as you copy data from different places and want to paste it at one place, you have to press “Win+V”. This will show you all the data copied by you at once. You can pick it up from there and insert it in your document. This will ensure that you do not have to go to any document repeatedly to copy any data. You can copy and paste all the data at once.
4. All File Arrange Automatic :
It happens many times that we store many apps, audio, video, document files and images in our download section or on desktop and when there are so many of them it becomes very difficult to arrange them and searching them becomes even more difficult. We don’t even know which document is where. So let’s arrange them in one click.
How to do: If you want to arrange your download section or any other folder then you have to follow some steps given below.
1. Right click on desktop.
2. Select text document. Then open it.
3. After opening the text document you have to enter the code.

5. Remove Unwanted Apps :
Many times it happens that many such apps are installed in our system which we are not even aware of and they keep occuping the storage. Due to which our system starts working slow. So today we will uninstall all those apps which are occuping the storage in the system without any reason.

7. How to Remove Virus In your computer :
